I don't think that's the best picture of Guile, for comparison purposes anyway.

I always found the similarity even in the Red/Blue days... it will be weird when I fight against him in Soul Silver because I named my character Guile.

well, in the old games, i think one of his pokemon knew sonicboom... so maybe....
