Would love to see him in that game, but knowing Miyamoto Luigi will most likely not be playable or even appear in the game.

Though as the usual frightened little brother, that groans "Ma, Marioooooo!"

luigi is a playable  character in super mario galaxy 2.

I never understood why Luigi never handled different than Mario, maybe different Jump arcs or something? or am i missing something?

Wait, they made a Super Mario Galaxy 2? 
 
...We're being smart-asses.  This thread is over a year old and was made before Luigi was announced.

Luigi jumps higher while Mario runs faster and doesn't slide when stopping.

Are you talking about how he controlled in Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2? Because he did control differently in those two. It's pretty subtle, tough.
