Nice to see Halo Reach is using the hitscan mechanic again. It works so well in the Call of Duty games.

Luke's "arrogance" is obviously facetious. Anybody's who's listened to any of the podcasts he's been on - like Out of the Game and 1up Yours -  should know that he has a very dry, ironic sense of humor. If you love it as much as I do, you'll get a kick out of his Halo playing:
