Anyone Perfect kill Bison?

I was playing ST2 on my SNES a couple months back and I smacked Bison with 2 perfect rounds in a row. I believe I was using Dhalsim but I can't recall.
Anyway, I wasn't even trying to do this and it just happened. Anyone else able to take out Bison with 2 perfect rounds?

I recently got street fighter 2 something for the VC, i have not yet been able to do so.
What difficulty were you on?
