Madden 10 propels us into the next decade with procedural awareness. Madden 10 introduces a physics based player interaction engine known as Pro-Tak that features gang tackles, improved OL/DL play, and WR/DB interactions.

PS3 or 360?

Which System should I get Madden 10 for?
Which is better?
Graphics? (seems similar)
Features? (seems the same)
Number of people online? (the obvious choice would be 360)
Please let me know you think

Graphics?  Likely exactly the same across the board
Features?  Exactly the same BUT the online features aren't cross system
Number of people online?  360, AND the Official GiantBomb Online Franchise is for Xbox 360 ;-)

There's a larger community to play against on the 360.  The rest are all the same.

You should really go with what your friends have though since I asume you will want to play with them.

P.S.  Do you really think this thread was necessary.   You know what this is going to devolve into, don't you?

360 has the larger community so it's a no brainer.

Fanboy "WANTS YOU" no "NEEDS YOU" to buy for PS3.

You must get this product for the PS3. It has seven SPcores and the graphics are tight with the NVIDIA RSX Reality Synthesizer. All that while the 360 version is unfortunately still in black and white. Also multiplayer will costs you 500 dollars for 10 years on the Xbox and that sounds like an awful lot of money. The PS3 does not require you to have any friends because there is no community to speak off, unless you want to see what the dead look like and log into Home. Speaking of the dead, when your done playing Madden; why not take some quiet time and watch "Dungeon Siege In the name of the king" on blu ray. Its art.

ive never touched a console but if i wanted to buy i'd get a X360 it seems cooler and has sexier gamez

If you have an Xbox and play more on it, get the 360 version.

If you have a PS3 and play more on it, get the PS3 version.

Phew, now wasn't that easy? At this point EA keeps their games consistent across both platforms so it boils down to personal preference.

I got 09 on the ps3 after buying 08 and 07 on 360  and now I am coming back to 360 again this year, mainly because of achievments and just because I prefer xbox tbh, you must be slightly biased towards one console ?

i only have a ps3 but one of the  reasons I bought it was for free online play.  while based on the number of people who want in on the x360 and ps3 league there seems to be more x360 players on this site, and there could be more out there too.   however i have 09 for my wii and i never had a problem even on that finding a game.  so no matter what system you'll also have a large enough online community .

I've got both, but I have more Madden-playing friends on Xbox.

One word... Trophies?
 
Honestly, why do so many people say they would buy it for the 360 over the PS3 because of achievements? The PS3 has trophies, which is damn near identical to achievements. Anyone who tries to give you some spiel on how achievements are superior to trophies is a moron, because they could hardly be more the same. The main difference is that, instead of having to compare a huge number like 5367832 vs. 5367243 on the 360, the PS3 uses a smaller number like Level 8 vs. Level 13.
 
Again, the differences are soooo minor. So i really don't get it when people imply that achievements are better then trophies.
