Fumbles

Anyone else notice that your players are more susceptible to fumbles in Madden 2010? So far in my current franchise I've had more fumbles then in any other football game ever.

I'm not really complaining, because I've noticed they are happening in situations that they should happen, but still wondering if anyone else has had more fumbles.

yes, theres a protect the ball button, but i never remember to use it and cough it up quite a bit

Same here, I always cough it up when I'm using the right stick to fight for extra yards or while juking.

I don't cough up the ball that much, but I almost always manage to get juked by the ball carrier whenever I go for the big hit. Damn, I hate it so much.

A bit but then i always force fumbles when the other team is returning kicks and get easy TD's off it, i wouldnt say it is unbalanced just fumble heavy or if anything it works in my favour

i always use the protect ball button as soon as im about to get hit, and i think i have only had one fumble so far but i would definatly say that the button really helps to avoid them.
