just a question is mag worth it or should i just stick to cod.. im just debating because its only multiplayer so i dont think it is worth $60.. it should be more like $40. or it should come with an accessory like socom.. is it really worth it??

Depends if you like large online multiplayer battles.
 
If yes, you will probably enjoy it.

I don't understand the "it should be 40 dollars" argument. Especially when MW2 is mentioned in the same breath. MW2's campaign was so hilariously awful. I struggled through chapter 3, STRUGGLED! I couldn't even finish the last two missions. I just watched my friend play them. 
 
 
So yeah, I payed 60 bucks for MW2's MP and I don't regret it. Don't think about it in terms of content. Think about it in terms of enjoyment. If you think you'll like it: buy it. If not: don't. Simple as that.

If you are really interested in getting another shooter, then you should really wait for Bad Company 2.

short answer: yes

If you like multiplayer games specially fps then yes.
If not then no, its about 30-40 dollars in worth, I purchased my copy cause i got it used for 50 at launch that was too hard to pass up.

MAG seems to have really good long-term value, but it's an acquired taste for sure.

I'd say yes, I never liked the beta, but it's grown on me.
It's nice though if you know someone you can play against, as with most games, I find playing with someone just being in the same game adds value.
 
Also as he's often leader, I get cheap fragos when I'm planting bombs and things.
