MAG is a pretty addicting shooter, but seems like its lacking
MAG is an online only, first person shooter, and is pretty fun all together. From the start of the game, you'll have to choose from one of three different factions, and each with their own back story and array of weapons and equipment. Throughout the game you will gain experience points and unlocks perks with those experience points.
When I first started to play MAG, it was very fun, and had really interesting and somewhat unique elements within the game. The gameplay for MAG is played out extremely well, and virtually has no problems. The hit detection never seemed to be a problem for me, although a half second of lag would appear to happen most of the time, but not really ruining the experience, as well as being not really noticeable. The gameplay doesn't feel as smooth as Modern Warfare 2, but definitely does not disappoint. When the game has 256 players playing, there is also hardly no noticeable lag. Textures throughout the game may seem a little blurry, but aren't really noticeable either, and looks very good for how much players are in a game. Weapons, and attachments all work well, and upgrading really feels good, and keeps you wanting to play, and unlock more and more. Using weapons in the game feel just right, and never feel broken as well.
MAG is meant to be played as a team, and when most players have headsets, and know what they are doing, there is actually tons of teamwork being used, and medics can be very useful, as well giving tons of experience making the player fell intrigued to use that type of class. Overall, MAG is a fun experience, and keeps you coming back for a good chunk of time, but after a couple of months time, you'll feel finished with the game, but very well worth the purchase. I wouldn't recommend MAG for everyone, and may not be the best online multiplayer experience, but definitely is worth a look, and has many unique features.
