The mansion is home to a group of illustrious characters. Dr. Fred Edison, his wife Nurse Edna and their son Weird Ed as well as the mummified Dead Cousin Ted are among the human tenants. Green and Purple Tentacle make up the rest of the bizarre cast. Dr. Fred eventually converts it into a hotel to make ends meet.
