    Mark Purayah II is the leader of The Crows, a small group of assassins (along with Raymond Kulinsky and Angelina Mason) within The Franchise. He's one of The Franchise's albino clones, (the other one being Mark Parchezzi III).

    Agent 47 is assigned to assassinate The Crows, in order to stop a murder attempt on the Secretary of the Interior, Jimmy Macklin, during a Mardi Gras parade. This event takes place in the game's sixth mission "The Murder Of Crows".
