curly mustache
"I literally put "curly mustache" in YouTube. Here you go.Wh...what the hell was that? Wh...why is he using the words "Pringles" and "Häagen-Dazs" as adjectives? And what the hell is he talking about curly mustaches? I SEE NO MUSTACHES!!!"
Oh lord my brain hurts!
OK THIS STILL MAKES NO SENSE!!!
So I bought a can of Pringles, a tub of chocolate Häagen-Dazs and curled my facial hair and re-watched this video... and I still have no fucking idea why he is using those words in that context, (why is he using PRINGLES AS AN ADJECTIVE!).
My brain still hurts...
Mr Pringles, the guy on cans of pringles has a curly moustache :P Being pringles probably comes from addictive 'once you pop, you can't stop' but apparently pringles is slang for cool in New York.
"I literally put "curly mustache" in YouTube. Here you go.This is the best video Ive even seen"
As someone else mentioned, being "so Pringles" is probably a reference to the fact that he has in fact been popped in the air and is being juggled around. Or baked like a Pringles is. Or eaten up...like a Pringles. Anyway you slice it, I believe the cry of "WHERE YO CURLY MUSTACHE AT?!?" is a taunt. As in, "Your mustache that is curly, Sir Pringles Mascot, will no longer save you. Also, the Knicks are not very good at basketball."
"@TheKidNixon You didn't read what I said, did you? :)"I had. Do you have other evidence of this Pringles equating to cool usage? This is the only time I've ever heard of it.
Curly mustache has become a fighter term. For exessive juggling or when you make your opponent rage and "pop" making him easy to counter/punish
You guys have no idea, lol. I'll start at the bottom. In the hardcore fighting game community, when players get mad that they lost, they're called "salty." The term is used quite a bit, often to make fun of people who just got destroyed in a match. At some point, someone made the comment tying Pringles, which are salty, to the fighter slang salty and it stuck. So rather than saying "He's so salty," people started saying "He's so Pringles." New slang was born. Yipes "Where yo curleh mustache at?" comment was him making fun of people getting beat and thus, are salty like Pringles.
The comment is so well known that it even made it into Marvel vs Capcom 3 as a victory quote made my Deadpool: "I just beat Mag-Freakin-Neato. Where yo curleh mustache at?"
