I haven't watched them yet, but I guess that lays to rest the rumors stemming from the website's silhouettes to what Seth said ages ago. While I have nothing against C.Viper (even tried to main her when SFIV came out), I was really hoping for Juri to be the possible SFIV rep. Can't win them all I suppose.

Great, more characters I don't like. This is the first Capcom announcement I didn't go "FUCK YEAH" and This continues my Marvel reactions of "Where are the good characters Marvel?"

I think I'm going to wait until I play the game before I decide if I hate any characters. I've seen on a few forums people throwing the "oh no, life sucks" card down and they don't realize its a game and that, hey maybe once they get their hands on it and have fun that, "xx not being included is, okay."
 
Storm with out the Uh-Oh---OH! business is sad but wonderful at the same time. C.Viper fits well into the series IMO, she has more of a super hero vibe than say Chun-li (Chun-li though has the best fighting game vibe to her). Juri would have been interesting as well, she has a strong "Japanese Manga" villain appeal to her and It would be nice contrast to all the western villains.

Ooooo,  those are also characters on the Howard the Duck list. COME ON BABY!

C. Viper. Hype got.

In my opinion, C. Viper has the least appealing character design of all the characters in SSFIV.  I've always hated playing against her, mostly because I just get put off by her manly face and stiff-as-a-rock mohawk/ponytail hybrid. 
 
The idea of Juri in MvC3 never even crossed my mind, but that would be friggin sweet.  Seth would also be fun.

Who the fuck cares about C. Viper?
 
I now demand that Gene be put in this game.

Viper looks really good. She's really fast and can 8-way air dash, the EX Thunder Knuckle can travel through projectiles and her Level 3 does crazy good damage. Storm will probably still be great, although she's a little less exciting just because she was one of the uber-tier characters in MvC2. I like the new look of her supers though.
 
@JJOR64:  Strider was recently deconfirmed by Niitsuma and the Capcom side of that list doesn't have Jill. I always thought that list was fake all along, for one simple reason: if that scanned roster really came from Capcom, why would they be missing their own art assets for the unannounced characters?

I'm ecstatic C. Viper's officially in. Not incredibly so for Storm though. Her in MvC2 left a foul taste in my mouth.

Viper solidified me buying this game. Done and done. 
 
Viper/Wesker/Arthur. Don't care how stupid the team may turn out to be, but damn it it's happening. However, if Howard the Duck is revealed, Arthur is going to have a challenge for his position. 

Don't care for C Viper, but Storm is welcomed news :)
