Jill and Shuma DLC Delayed

From Joystiq:

"Capcom Japan has announced that it will postpone the launch of the Shuma-Gorath and Jill Valentine DLC characters in Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. Previously scheduled for March 15, the DLC's new launch date is unknown for the time being.

Shuma-Gorath and Jill Valentine have been priced at 400 MS Points ($5) each. It's unclear whether or not this delay is worldwide -- we've contacted Capcom for clarification. "

So yeah.  Anyone disappointed, glad, etc.?

Delayed for both consoles? If so, that ruins my day that was made by Jeffs singing.

I hope this is totally bogus. What the hell are they doing?

Someone brought up the point that it could be due to the recent quake.  If so then I'm not going to complain about something as trivial as DLC when more important things are going on.

I have been waiting to use my code from the CE edition. Loved Jill in MvC2 and was really hoping to get her and Chris and Wesker on a team to kick some ass! Oh well....bummer

Funny, most of the stuff is on the disc already.

And are almost entirely finished.

FYI: Jill and Shuma are done, they were showcased at paxEast. This delay must be related to the current power and network plaguing japan due to the earthquakes.

I can't really complain with all that's happened/happening in Japan.

Kinda sucks though.

Delaying promised limited-run special edition downloadable content?

I look forward to purchasing this game used.

I actually didn't think about it from that angle, though I don't have any specifics on how it would affect the downloadable content.

@StaticFalconar: Yeah, that's understandable. I'm not trying to be a dick about that. The characters are finished though, they were playable PAX East. They were more or less done when the game was released.

It's likely they did it so they don't use up as much power.
