Wow. No Ken?? Wonder if Ryu could possibly switch to a Ken style like in the original MvC. 
 
Anywhoo if this is the official roster, it's a damn good one. Both Frank and Chuck in the same game <3. Shame that Wesker beat Barry to the punch for the 2nd RE character...but I was expecting as much.

Good list. Was wanting Venom to be in it. However DLC characters are going to happen.

I'm not buying it.  Here's why: 

• Slim list.  Only 36 characters.  Doesn't define the insanity of a MvC game.
• Zero is in the game, but no Mega Man?
• Frank West AND Chuck Greene?  Amaterasu?  I can see Frank, and maybe even Amaterasu...but I just don't see them double dipping the Dead Rising franchise.
• Most of the Capcom list is basically just TvC all over again.  MvC is a bit more differentiated than that.
• No Sentinel, Cyclops, Storm, Omega Red, Ken...don't know.  Just seems short and excluding key players in the franchise.

I've seen other supposedly leaked rosters that, while still slim, included Megaman Vollnut and Venom, so this list is definitely suspect.

List is crap they have already said there weren't putting any members of the fantastic four in it. I would be very said if that list was the real roster all of my excitement for this game would fly out the window.

The Capcom list makes me very happy...  The Marvel side looks pretty solid as well.  If this is the real roster, this game is going to be ridiculously awesome.

Thank god, only one shoto. Don't need that bullshit clogging the list. If you need Ken,. Akuma, Dan, and Sakura, I guess you'll only have a dozen other games to do that in.

*points at Super Street Fighter IV*  THAT is 35, 36 characters already...something like that.  Granted, that's not using MT Framework, but it's not odd to expect a big roster again as well.  I don't see why they WOULDN'T.

That's my point exactly. Expect maybe ~34-36 characters in the games release MAX. MvC2 had like 50+ characters. Expecting that same amount of characters to be made polygonal and balanced for the release of the game is setting your expectations pretty high. "

• Less development time
• new Engine (for MVC2 they reused MVC1's engine)
• All characters(new ones like Frank west and dante) have to be given new movesets  models and stuff
• Maybe they want to balance it better then MVC2?

 If it’s not from either the staff at Capcom, or the staff from either Capcom Unity, Shoryuken, Team Sp00ky, or Eventhubs, don’t believe it. 

Seems fine, but I really, REALLY want Phoenix Wright to be in it. I mean, what could She-Hulk bring to the mix? I'm not a big comic book guy or anything, but what is special about her?
