id like this clarrified, so if we buy the special edition we will be able to use jill and shuma gorath day one? 
 
and then regular people will have to wait a month till they are able to buy them?

because im debating buying the special edition. and if those 2 are only a timed exclusive then to hell with that

I really hope the DLC character in this game aren't on the disc already.  Knowing Capcom, they will be.

As far as I'm aware, the special edition just contains a code that you can use to download the DLC characters when they're released.

Jill and Shuma Gorath will be available to everyone and released at the same time. CE just gets them free (or with the increased $10, however you want to view it).

I just paid the 10 bucks up front... I mean it it's going to cost pretty much the same.... I'll take the comic book as well.

The collectors edition comes with a month of Marvel Comics online.. which costs $10. 
 
As far as I'm concerned everything besides that and the game are free.

I am getting the special edition cause of the marvel comics online and the fact that the regular box art is shit. I mean just look at hulks face...

Yes, they are timed exclusives. After a month, I think they'll be available for something like $5 "

no they arent. The SE just gives you the characters for free, you can only download them when everyone else can "

 If you buy CE, you have to wait one month, you just get a voucher for them.
 
 
 
This was literally stated the day it was revealed, in big letters on the bottom of the advert.  MONTHS ago.

Of course the price for them hasn't been announced and I think BlazBlue characters were $7 or $8 each? Might we worth considering since it's just $10 more for the CE anyways and I doubt Shuma and Jill will be anything less than $5 each.

Eh, it was only 10 extra bones and you get a cooler case and some goodies. I went for it.  
 
Plus Jill and Shuma will probably be "Character Pack 01" or something, which will probably be either $5 or $10. In which case, you're really only spending at most $5 more for the special edition. Not a big deal.
