Snore on the Wesker Pick. He doesn't throw zombies at dudes or anything. You could replace his model with Strider or Neo and not change the moveset at all.

Gawd damn my ears from that Japanese girl/boy that ''OOOoooAH'' every 3 seconds in the Wesker vid. 
 
As for Wesker; well he's cool n all but I still would of greatly preferred Barry. Could of made a much more interesting character, too. Hurling sandwich's at people and maybe even has his Ultimate Taunt Super similar to Dan where'd he go through the laundry list of his best RE quotes.

Spidey looks like he has way more of his trademark personality than before but... he looks really weak. In fact Wesker does too. I hope they buff them up a bit before release.

Two completely understandable choices. Spidey was a given really (I mean can anyone really imagine him not being included?), and although Wesker is a little more unusual, it's also not surprising when you consider Chris Redfield's presence in the game. Looks like they will both be fun additions anyway.

My god, can the Gamespot intro for TGS be anymore annoying? Yuck!
 
I'm loving all the characters in this game, but part of me misses real unlockable characters!

Wesker looks really good, I'm pleasantly suprised.

I was expecting Spider-man to be in this game but Wesker? I hope Leon Kennedy is in this if their going for unusual characters.

EDIT:  Maximum Spider looks pretty sweet now.

Ehhhh, never been much of a fan of Wesker and like RyanWho said, his moveset isn't really that interesting compared to the rest of the cast.

If you think thats a big number, you need to go back to nursery. Do we need two Devil May Cry characters? Do we need two Fantastic Four characters? No, but two isn't exactly dominating the roster, is it?

There were some rumors that Spider-Man wouldn't be in the game because of Activision licensing issues, but at least he finally got announced.

Wesker looks pretty cool but all incredibly short range.  I've never been much of a fan of Spiderman in the MvC games.  I want to know if Jin and Hayato are going to be.  Hayato's always been my opening character.
