    who the fuck is gonna sit back and just let thor power up in a real game. Yeah Hakan is real OP too with the oil powerup lols.

    That's obviously how it shouldn't be applied at all, using a GTFOME assist and then powering up for a few seconds works for Felicia, who can even clear space on her own and recover fast enough to block on reaction (a luxury Thor probably won't have), and Thor will need all the tools he can use, the poor guy.  Hopefully this is as good as Felicia's meter charge, it's way more awesome to watch, and building meter in a game where you can't whiff normals helps alot.
