    Completely insane interactive stages. 
     
    I'm talking about the style we saw in COTA and MSH. Breaking bridges which turn into rafts over rapids which go over waterfalls taking the loser with it. Breaking opponents through the glass floor of Mojo's World multiple times. That stuff.

    This. The first in the VS series... that wasn't actually a VS game. MSH was the second.

    I remember 1 stage in Marvel vs Capcom 1 where you could knock people through a wall.
