Roster:  

As someone who has never played a Mavel vs Capcom game, and won't buy this game unless I can get a chance to actually play it, I really have nothing to make logical choices on. 
 
Thus, I go Iron Man, Dante, and Wesker. Why? Cause those guys are badasses. 

Hulk, X-23, Tron Bonne.  Swap any of those out for Captain America and you get my alternate team.

oh so many to chose from :S 
Think i might have to go with Amaterasu, Wolverine and Viewtiful Joe. I could switch those last two out for any one but Amaterasu stays in no mater what !

Based solely on the characters themselves and nothing to do with how good I think they'll be or how well they'll work together in a team.

I'll have to actually play around with all the characters to see who I like, but without having played it, I'd say maybe...

My team is based only by the fact that they are my favourite characters.

Also, why does the spoiler have Hsien Ko as a Marvel Character. 
 
She-Hulk seems cool gameplay-wise.

Right now it's Phoenix, Amaterasu and X-23, but I'm sure I'll swap in Spider-man for one of those occasionally.

I like Ameterasu, Zero, and Hagger. I will use Pheonix if any of those don't work out.

Probably Dante, Amaterasu and Wesker.

I'm thinking Taskmaster, Akuma and maybe a chick.

No if, ands, or buts about it. My 1st and 3rd favorite characters from my favorite fighting game and the only thing I liked in MegaMan 64. This game makes me happy.

Amaterasu, Nathan Spencer and Viewtiful Joe. 
If one of the Mega Men gets released as DLC I might switch out Joe for him. 
 
Alternate Marvel team: Spider-Man, Iron Man and Shuma-Gorath.

There are so many characters that look like a blast to play as. The first people I'll probably try though will be Zero, Dante, and Amaterasu. It seems that I'll have to eventually figure out a character with a high or low assist eventually.

Believe it or not, some people play these games to have fun.  Nobody's saying that these decisions are set in stone, either (I generally have a hard time sticking with "main" characters) but it's certainly interesting to see which characters will be popular. "

Though Mike Haggar will be replaced by  Hsien Ko if she is actually going to be in the game.
