I don't know who MODOK is, but he looks Rad.

Why is it the shitty Rad? WHY? If I can't get the classic costume I'd be so maaaad. 

Doesn't look like I'll be getting Guile on my dream team, but at least I've got Thor. Also wtf? is M.O.D.O.K big right now or something? Have I fallen into the 90's?

I would say Capcom chose the modern Bionic Commando because he has more moves and more agile. If they used the original what would that mean? No jumping? Except Re-armed 2 coming out. Grin version of Bionic Commando has its flaws with killer invisible walls and THE SHITTY WIFE ARM, but the character was cool to play.

Arthur, Spencer and Magneto are all totally awesome reveals. MODOK could be interesting, will just have to see how he plays.

they announced the first proper alternate costumes (not color swaps) for spidey including symbiote (venom out then?), iron spider (doesnt he have a bunch of spider arms on his back in that?) and a new one from a upcoming comic, so assuming all characters have them, Rad will get his classic look "

MODOK looks like he'd be a fun character to use and so does Arthur.
 
I've always been a Magneto fan so I'm happy to see him make it.
 
Rad Spencer...ehh, I was hoping for the one that the user above me posted to be honest but oh well, I like the friendly rivalry he has with Iron Man and Spider-Man.  Still, I can already see people picking him and being cheap with him.

Sir Arthur? That's actually a really good idea. Nice job Marvel/Capcom.
