Japanese publisher Marvelous Entertainment have announced plans to scale back their worldwide strategy. while the company is deep in the process of cutting back their global distribution. The famed publisher just sold a 50% stake of Rising Star Games, a move which will surely effect European gamers the most.  
 
The company have stated that publishers will now have to bid for the rights to distribute their titles overseas, a move which could well mean some titles never see release in Europe. 
 
There's currently no news on whether No More Heroes 2 or Fragile are effected by the sale.
