No recent wiki edits to this page. OverviewMasahiro Sakurai is a game developer and is most widely known as the creator of the Super Smash Bros. series. He is also the creator of the Kirby series. He currently works for the game developer Sora, which maintains close ties with Nintendo. After Sakurai made Meteos with Q Entertainment for Bandai Namco, he collaborated with Nintendo again for Kid Icarus: Uprising, the first new entry in the Kid Icarus series to see release since 1991. Following that, he took on the ambitious project of creating a new Super Smash Bros. game for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U at the same time.
