Yeah, wasn't really happy with the look of him either, but it was still awesome and the ugly mofo died... so, all good!

I was entirely satisfied with the Shadow Broker and it's appearance. Especially because it was something we've never seen before.

Figure I should hide this behind a spoiler warning, just in case someone rolls in unawares...

As I just finished the Shadow Broker not 30 minutes ago, this pretty much sums up my thoughts as well.
Best DLC I've ever paid.  Would buy from again A+++++++++++++++++++++

@HubrisRanger: I agree with you sir. They managed to give us some info about the Shadow broker without ever revealing who or what the original was.

It was definitely my favorite ME2 DLC. There was so much variety to the gameplay and some really great story telling; it just felt polished. I don't even really like or care about Liara, but I never once felt like I wasting my money or time. I hope the next DLCs have as much to offer.

The Shadow Broker did look ridiculous, but the rest was good. I wish Dragon Age had DLC that good as well. Most DA DLC have been mediocre at best.

I loved lair of the shadow broker. If its any indication of what ME3 will be like, it will be amazing.

I would go as far to say that Lair of the Shadow Broker was the best mission in Mass Effect 2, and that it was the best downloadable content I've ever played.

Pretty much this.  God I love Mass Effect, it's my new favourite sci fi universe, over both Star Trek AND Star Wars

What kind of fish has fucking arms, legs, trimandibles and horns? The Yahg I guess.

When I first saw him, I thought the horns were goofy, but his nature of speaking scared the shit outta me. When he got up to fight me, well, he was goofy again.
    DLC was incredible though.

And I think Liara and the data around the lair makes it very clear that this Yahg has been the Shadow Broker now for many decades.

I thought it was very well made and definitely much better then the majoirty of the missions in ME2. However, its only 2-3 hours of content for 10$.

Yeah I loved every second, but $10 seems a bit steep.

I loved it.  The Shadow Broker looked pretty awesome I thought.  I always pictured him as this thin, charismatic type guy.  I was happy that he didn't turn out to be generic.

Also.  The whole environment/background while you're on top of his ship is hands down my most memorable sight in gaming for 2010.  It looked incredible.

Same here. I was hoping to be freaked the fuck out when I first met him and he did not disappoint, especially since it's a newly introduced species.

The content may have been somewhat short, but the story, and sheer amount of variety was totally amazing and now I feel like playing more Mass Effect. Goddamn this thread.

I loved everything about the DLC except for how you-know-who looked. Dude was goofy as fuck.
