Now that some folks have early copies and reviews are trickling in, is it 100% confirmed that Legion can be recruited into your party? Seems like one of the most interesting characters in ME2 and they've been keeping a pretty tight lid on how exactly he figures into the storyline.

Why do people want stuff like this spoiled for themselves?

You know what would be crazy.  If Legion turned out to be the party member you had killed in the first one, but hey that's just me.

Legion (can) join your party near the end of the game, no strings attached.
He is a single physical being but he IS the Geth; you come to respect the Geth more as you talk to him.

Confirming something that is widely believed to be true is hardly spoiling much. Not every bit of information related to an anticipated release is a "spoiler" in my personal opinion, and I'm interested in knowing the full range of party member choices. That's why :)
