    HOLY SHIT YES.
    According to this IGN article, Clint Mansell of Requiem for a Dream and, more importantly Moon, is going to score Mass Effect 3. If you haven't seen Moon, it is a sci-fi film with a fantastic score that really makes the movie have a great ambiance. He also did the song that you hear in every trailer, Lux Aeterna.
