Do galactic readiness rewards from MP decrease based on level of the character you're using, or based on the total overall %?

For a while I was getting 4% in all sectors for a complete mission, then 3% in all and now 5% in just one.

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find any topics.

I think it's proportional to the amount of XP you earn. You get more XP from higher difficulties obviously, but also from random maps and enemies, from full extractions, awards, and kill streaks, etc. I'm pretty sure all these things also affect your readiness also. I don't know this for certain, but I seriously doubt it has anything to do with your level.

I don't think it's related to earned XP. I've had rounds where I did really terrible, came in fourth place and still got +4% in all sectors.

You get roughly 3% readiness in all sectors if you choose a random location. You'll get between 4-7% readiness in the specific sector each map is in, if you choose one of them over getting a random one. The % of readiness you get after picking a specific map appears to depend on several factors, most of which relate only to your team -- as opposed to your individual performance.
