A certain character of love interest could not have possibly shown up in Shepard's Cabin
do to my choices earlier on just before infiltrating a certain factions home base on disc 1 for Xbox 360

There is no excuse for such poor scripting & coding

How you could have missed this BioWare is just in bad taste 

There are some cases like that. Some options will not show up for example, just because a character died in previous games, despite your actions and defying logic and what you did.
