Paragon, didn't do anything renegade from what I remember

Renegade does not neccesarily mean evil that's why.

Paragon first time through, renegade the second.

I was pretty much neutral. I was generally nice, but made some selfish decisions.

Paragon the second time.

I played through as paragon and im currently playing as renegade right now

I was kinda nuetral first time through. 2nd time Paragon and I just got the achievement for it. 3rd playthrough is going to be renegade

I played through as Paragon. Need to play through again doing all Renegade to get the achievement.
