Massive Damage is a meme originating from the 2006 Sony E3 press conference.

During a live demo of Genji II: Days of the Blade, Producer Bill Ritch made a deep impression by stating the battles in the game were based on actual battles that took place in ancient Japan.
He then went on to show the player being attacked by a giant enemy crab, saying "You attack its weak point for massive damage". This, among other fantastic features like "real-time weapons change" made the demo an instant hit on the internet and has been referenced and ridiculed in both public forums, media and in numerous other games.
