The Master Chief's powers include, but are not limited to:
These are just a few examples. Really, there are no ebbs and flows with Master Chief's power.
- Turning water into wine
- Multiplying loaves of bread
- Healing the sick and the lame
- Raising people from the dead
- Walking on water

I'm not sure if it had come to anyone's attention; but a hint of the major contributing factor to the suggested "decline" of the forums lies in the fact that the replies to this thread consist mainly of off-topic whining.
