    Maurice Chavez is the host of the Pressing Issues radio segment on the station VCPR (Vice City Public Radio). In the show, he hosts round-table discussions featuring important and not so important people from Vice City.

    In GTA Vice City, in a segment featuring Vice City mayor Alex Shrub, it was revealed that Chavez used to work as a clown and attended birthday parties and juvenile correctional facilities.

    He is voiced by Philip Anthony-Rodriguez.
