So I'm at the part after the failed hostage exchange and chasing the money guy. Just got rid of the sniper and am alone in a hallway.

I can't seem to get past this part and am wondering if I'm missing something. I'm taking cover right behind an advertisement and some guys are walking toward me ... do I need to sneak past or something because engaging them always leads to my demise.

Any tips would be great. Thanks!

Shoot them with your guns and don't let them shoot you with their guns? There's nothing special about that part.

That's really it, though. It's a shooting sequence just like any other. I had trouble with it too, but after a while I got through.

Yes, then you go though a door into a hallway that is FULL of dudes

I'll just keep plugging away then ... figured I was missing something because I'm only on medium difficulty and it seems overly hard for so early on in the game.
