The short and the long of it is if you cheat you will ONLY Be able to play online against other cheaters.

If you go without cheating for a long enough time you will be let back into the general population, but if caught cheating a second time that forever shall you play in the land of fiflth and cheats.

Anyone found to have used hacked saves, modded games, or other exploits to gain an unfair advantage in Max Payne 3 Multiplayer, or to circumvent the leaderboards will be quarantined from all other players into a "Cheaters Pool", where they'll only be able to compete in multiplayer matches with other confirmed miscreants. In the event we decide to absolve any of these cheaters for their past transgressions they may re-enter play with the general public, however a second offense will result in their indefinite banishment. In either case, we will be removing invalid leaderboard entries to ensure that the players at the top of the charts have earned their spots fairly.

Thats perfect. Lets the cheaters know how it feels to be cheated.

It also dosnt break any consumer laws of cutting of paid content. Genius!

I like it when companies do this kind of stuff to mess with cheaters than just banning them.

I think Punkbuster and VAC already had that covered. Albeit, not exactly the same, but close enough.

I would pay money to spectate, with gamer trash talking audio, to see the cheaters all trying to kill each other LOL

So the cheater's servers all of a sudden become about outcheating the other players, while the decent people actually play the game on their own servers?
