    Gorgons are mythical female creatures known most notably for their hair of living snakes and ability to turn anyone into stone with their gaze. While the most famous depiction of a gorgon is Medusa, they have been depicted in various other ways in literature, film, and games.

    Gorgons can be found terrifying anyone foolish enough to enter the Plane of Fear, the home of the god known as The Faceless, Cazic-Thule. They have the ability to cast a spell called Stone Breath, which will stun an enemy for a debilitating twelve seconds. They often carry Vermiculated armor, which is the planar armor specifically for druids.
