    A downgrade after the previous Mega Man games 0

    The main concept that Mega Man 4 had was to introduce us to the chraged Mega Buster. What was a great idea and later would become one of my main positives for a Mega Man game, but in their first try it made the game slow, and took too long for you to charge it. After Capcom perfecting the formula with Mega Man 3, in my opinion. And Mega Man 2 being a big step up from the original, and having amazing presentation/soundtrack.     When you’ve got a story that’s in need of an evil villain, its good (and a bit racist) to know that you can always turn to the Russians. Whether it’s evil athletes, evil soldiers, evil terrorists or just evil women in leather, it seems like the former is the epicenter for all that is antagonistic.     Mega Man knows no bounds. 0

    The fourth Mega Man still released for the NES/Famicon is once again one step forward in technical terms from the previous three. It’s both its best and its worst. After a trilogy of successful titles it was bound to show some wear and tear of the overall gameplay mechanics.
