One of Kain's six sons and once part of the Sarafan Brotherhood, Melchiah was the last to be reborn from Kain's dark gift. He was therefore, the weakest , as the dark gift could not sustain his physical form and his flesh decayed as it would in a corpse. This however gave him a unique gift of shifting in and out of the spectral realm, allowing him to pass through obstacles otherwise impenetrable. Like his other brothers, Melchiah also devolves and turns into a rotting beast. Raziel releases him from his misery and absorbs his shifting ability.
Melchiah was voiced by Michael Bell in the games.
