I saw a lot of negative comments regarding the Metal Gear Rising trailer, both here and on Neogaf. I don't quite understand. That trailer redeemed the entire show for me; it looked fucking amazing.

Stiff animations, English words written by Japanese writers that make no fucking sense and serve no purpose but to sound cool "Revenge with a vengeance", and a lot of comic book stunts..

I really don't understand the negative comments either, and I'm a huge Metal Gear fan. Game looks awesome in that special Platinum way.

I think this should be carrying a different name, change isn't a bad thing but man this is a far shoot from the rest of the series.
