I would like you to release mgs4 on Xbox 360.

I have money to throw at you and with your release if the Mgs hd collection I can only hope.

Ps I may be willing to pay full price.

After going through an old bombCast during my commute (see snakecast)
I suddenly got excited about this game but with the death of my ps3 earlier in the year and not wanting to buy another if new consoles are coming out soon I have but one option.

Is there any other Xbox owners out there that would like a shot at playing this game?

Put yourself in a microwave and hammer really hard on the door for a couple of minutes, you'll get a pretty similar experience.

I would buy it again if they released it for 360. It's not as good as the other MGS games but it's still pretty good. Playing it with a 360 controller would be a big improvement.

I dunno... I think the ship has sailed for this title to appear on the Xbox... But then again Mass Effect 1 is comming very soon for the PS3.

I'd buy it again as well, but I don't really see the point in re-releasing it. The PS3 has enough great games to justify purchasing it and, if you wait a year or two, you can probably get a PS3 for pretty cheap and MGS4 for practically nothing.

Yeah I would, but I don't see Konami doing it, its just been too long. But after playing through the HD collection and not owning a PS3 I would like to see that part of the story.

Konami is incapable of doing something smart.

The MGS4 engine simply wouldn't run on the 360, back when they gave it a shot internally. It would require a full new engine for the platform, and also; blu-ray VS dvd storage.

I'm pretty sure the window has closed on that. Maybe they will remake it on the next generation of consoles? *shrugs*

It would have happened by now. The most I can think of is Konami doing a super-HD version of it for next-gen consoles, running on their new multiplatform Fox Engine at full 1080p@60fps the whole time.

I actually legitemately don't think it can run on the 360. They were working on this game as the PS3 was coming out and everyone was learning how the hell to make a PS3 game, so it's definately not optimized to be an easy project to work with.
Even without counting that, it looks better than practically anything on the 360.
 
Which sucks for me, cos MGS2 and 3 were my favourite PS2 games, but I have an Xbox now.
 
Also you fucking listened to the spoiler-cast, you already spoiled the game.

You'd have better luck just getting a ps3 at this point. Especially because you can get the game for like ten bucks at this point, and the PS3 will be on sale in a couple weeks for 200 bucks.

That's what I did last year, at least. It was worth it.

I'd totally get MGS4 if I had a platform that could actually play it.
