I'd reserve it @ Blockbuster & pick it up the second it came out for $60 because it's an experience that's so unique and that I'm so excited to have I feel it's worth $60.
I also justify it with the fact that I want to support the people behind this game I'm so excited to play. Plus I'd love getting MGS4 achievements.

I bought and played it on the PS3...did not enjoy it and got rid of it. I may consider buying it on the 360 for a cheaper price ($30) if MGO actually worked. I think MGO had some potential, but it was a disaster when I played it around launch. Maybe MGO is fun now, but I wasn't going to wait and see if it would actually turn out to be good. I also want to sort of play through it again to see if maybe I'd like it after playing through it a second time...I absolutely love the series and MGS4 was so disappointing. Maybe a second playthrough would change my mind on the game.

If they made enough interesting changes (because I've already played through the game on PS3), but in reality I'd probably be renting this game from Gamefly anyways so I wouldn't care.  Maybe just FIX THE FUCKING ENDING?  I would probably buy it if they did that.

nah, only place I can get it used is gamestop. And I absolutely hate how they slap their stupid stickers, not just on the box now, but on the actual art cover.

I have a PS3 and 360 but don't currently own MGS4. If this is announced at E3, I'd totally pay full price for it on the 360. mainly for the achievements, but I also like party chatting with friends while I play games.

Already played it and beat it on the PS3. Unless they included extra's and some other changes, maybe I would buy it again(...not for $60 of course, broke as of right now  and the foreseeable future lol).

Definitely not, as I own it on my PS3. And I would not buy it even if it had fancy extras as MGS4 was easily the worst game in the Solid series. This coming from a fan of MGS since the original.

Never played a MGS game. If it came to 360, I might just check it out because of all the hype.

I'd probably buy it on release day. I've never played a Metal Gear game and I don't own a PS3 so that'd be awesome if I could get into the series.

Already have it on PS3, so no.  As a side note, I'd be really mad if a 360 version got story-based content and the PS3 version didn't.

No i dont think metal gear is that good of a series and id rather buy a game that im actually gonna play for more than 7 hours  for $60. Like modern warfare 2 saving my money up for that.

I think it'd have to bring something new to the table for me to buy it again as I already have it on ps3. It would definitely need to be something beyond the general upgrades in the reissued ports. The only thing I can really think of is when MGS3: Substinence included MG1 and MG2. 

Never cared about Metal Gear, and I hate Kojima. And I'm not about to start caring or liking now.

I'll wait and see how it looks first. If the graphics don't take a massive hit then I will totally buy it for 360.

I have it on the PS3 (still haven't beaten it yet...don't hit me!!) but I am not sure. It is definitely worth $60 but the main reason I would play through it again would be for new content and, as Jeff said, points. Gotta love them points!

prolly be like 1-3 for me. buy/rent them and have them sit in a corner and never touch them or get maddeningly angry at the controls after an hour or so and throw them in a corner. I would buy it and try it though if it was like$20-$30.
