    I've read that (much like in Portable Ops) it's possible to scan for Wi-Fi spots to recruit new soldiers...But I can't seem to figure out how to do it. 
     
    Does anybody know how? Is it unlocked by something story related that I haven't gotten to yet, or am I missing something obvious?  
     
    And a related question, what about sending my troops/vehicles out on big combat missions? I'm pretty sure that one is unlocked by story progression, but I may very well be wrong.
