Just a fair warning for anyone who hasn't made it that far in the game yet. If you die or retry after picking up the Stun Grenade blueprint in the Lingua Franca episode it doesn't respawn so make absolutely sure you completely clear out the area before you pick it up. For everyone else I guess we're fucked on 100%'ing the game until they patch it unless you want to restart your save file (which I might actually wind up doing because the game is that fun). The bigger bummer is that Stun Grenades are ridiculously useful and being able to carry around 12 would be awesome. I'm pretty sure this impacts all versions of the game but it might just be PS4 and PC.

PSA: The Stun Grenade Blueprint is glitched in Episode 14
This has me so pissed off I can't even stand it. I picked it up fine the first time, and then reset my checkpoint after a screwup, and now it's bugged. Nowhere to be found after multiple tries. In fact, that WHOLE mission is fucked for me majorly. The prisoner one time showed up randomly in the bushes way out by my start point. Another time he was right in the village. Also the interpreter is SUPER bugged out and just stands in the middle of the road half the time. This is so frustrating in otherwise is easily my favorite game of the year.
@Mike: You can still use the basic ones but you only get 4 of them (vs 8 or 12 with subsequent upgrades) and I think they do way less stamina damage as well. Still seem powerful even in the nascent stage though and were obviously the bread and butter of Peacewalker.
@dudeglove: Yes, I already have them too, but you can't get better ones without this...hope a patch comes soon.
On the topic of glitches, have you guys had any problems with music cassette tapes not respawning? Particularly the music tape you get in the (early game spoiler) Honeybee mission. I've been able to return to areas to pick up tapes before, but that one is completely gone.
Damn, that sucks for people who can't get it now. I used it last night during a side op and it helped me remain undetected. Had to extract a soldier but he was inside a building with another dude with one outside. I tranq'd the dude outside and the two inside came to investigate so I tossed a stun grenade that took both of them out. Three Fulton's later and the side op was complete. Doesn't sound as cool in text as it was while playing.
Thanks for the head's up, I'm just about to take that mission. I guess I'll try not to die or restart.
@fredchuckdave: Seems like this might be with multiple blueprints. People on GameFAQS are reporting multiple missing blueprints.
@demoskinos: I've heard this impacts multiple things, I think Stun Grenades are probably the biggest/most obvious one at the moment but I've definitely had a tape despawn as well. We could try compiling a list I suppose.
Just had this happen to me in Mission 38. Had to find an item and extract with it. Found it, picked it up, got spotted as I was getting in my helicopter, and restarted the mission in a huff since I wanted the perfect stealth and it was a short mission anyways. Second time, it wasn't there anymore.
Edit: Nvm, the mission is just dumb where the objective will change locations randomly.
Yeah I think blueprints are busted. I've picked up blueprints on various missions and side ops for the un-arc....like...6 or 7 of them. I just did mission 14 and beat it in one go (sucked), the blueprint for stun grenade was grayed out but I never picked up that blueprint. And I don't have stun grenades (at least I'm pretty sure, I'll double check tonight)
@fredchuckdave: Wow I am literally on Mission 13 thanks for the warning duder.
There is an FOB blueprint that is glitched as well, i have it but nothing shows up in the development section. Even if it was level gated it should still show up, it's the gun cam defender I'm reading it's happening for other people as well.
@oursin_360: some blueprints don't show up unless you have the gmp to pay for it. Maybe that's the case? Stuff gets pretty expensive

I hope so, but I doubt it as some people say they beat the game and it hasn't shown up yet. I have the blueprint it's in my documents but the actual option doesn't show not even a question mark.
Does it show up on Mission 14 as being collected ?
After reading this thread, I noticed I didn't have that blueprint marked as collected on that mission.
I just did a slightly later mission which has no blueprints listed as available, interrogated a soldier and he pointed me to a blueprint that turned out to be the stun grenade one.
After the mission I looked back at the listing for mission 14 and the Stun Grenade blueprint was now blued out with still nothing indicating that there is a blueprint available in the mission I just did.
The upshot being that maybe there is a chance that missed blueprints may turn up in later missions even though there's no indication that they are available.
Apparently the developers think quite highly of stun as well:
That's right, 50% more expensive than the fucking infinite ammo bandana.
The smoke Zorn is totally nuts though, so that's nice.
@fredchuckdave: Dude, you gotta admit, Stun G's in your pistol slot is fucking amaaaaaaazing. Way better use of the slot than a tranq pistol.
@starvinggamer: I know it's good but 1.5 mil is pretty nuts. Especially when I only have 50 million worth of Precious Metals left to sell. Good ol' Base Development FOB Invasions.
Smoke might still be better nominally; though maybe slightly harder to use.
So I died on this mission after I picked up the blueprint but when I reloaded (though it was pretty soon after I got them), they where back right where I found them when I reloaded. So this might be fixed (happened me last Friday) or it's not 100% bugged for everyone.
@jesus_phish: Still not working for me.
I'm definitely going to make a new save file because of this and Quiet, if anyone has any suggestions as to what I should do/what to avoid etc. let me know.
This was fixed with the patch, so now we can 100% the game, if only I could hack Quiet back in too and then I'd actually be motivated to do it. Meanwhile FOB stuff is still fun.
@wacomole: Just out of curiousity - and anyone else, feel free to answer this as well - what screen tells you if there are bluprints left in a mission? Thirty hours in and I didn't see that.
@sparky_buzzsaw: When you're on the mission select screen there's 1-4 icons above the map showing what you can get from the mission, if they're greyed out you have them, if they're white you don't (note it is possible to lose specialist staff over the course of the game just to staff attrition, B's don't always make the cut).
@sparky_buzzsaw: When you go to select a mission it will tell you up top over the map what blueprints and staff abilities are available on the mission. Any that are still highlighted are ones you haven't gotten yet.
