Introduction
Michelle Chang is character who first appeared in Tekken, returned for Tekken 2 and also appeared in Tekken Tag Tournament. Julia Chang is her adoptive daughter (and takes her place from Tekken 3 onwards). Though not playable in Tekken 3, she still appears in Julia Chang's ending. Her Fighting Style is Chinese Kenpo.
Tekken
Michelle Chang joins the first King of Iron Fist tournament after news that her father was killed by Heihachi Mishima's men. She joins the tournament seeking revenge.
Tekken 2
Kazuya Mishima seems to want the pendant that Michelle is wearing since it holds a secret that holds great treasure. To ensure participation in the second King of Iron Fist Tournament Kazuya kidnaps Michelle's mother. Michelle joins the tournament in order to rescue her mother.
Tekken 3
Before the events of Tekken 5, she has adopted and trained Julia Chang. Michelle was kidnapped by Heihachi because of her pendant which is why Julia enters the tournament. Michelle appears in Julia's Tekken 3 ending though it is considered non-canonical. Michells's whereabouts are still unknown.
Tekken Tag Tournament
Michelle Chang is playable in the game Tekken Tag Tournament. However this game is not considered as part of Tekken's storyline.
Tekken Tag Tournament 2
Michelle was not on the roster in the arcade release of Tekken Tag Tournament 2. However, she will be made playable via DLC in the home version.
