    The Midtown Madness series is published by Microsoft Game Studios. The series of racing games are set in famous cities from around the world and use open world environments that represent the real world cities instead of predefined circuit tracks. There have been three games release in the series so far with a spin off to Midtown Madness 3 for mobile phones called Midtown Madness 3 Mobile. 
     
    Midtown Madness - PC only release. Featured 10 cars, racing in the city of Chicago.
    Midtown Madness 2 - PC only release. Featured 10 different cars, racing in the cities of London and San Francisco. 
    Midtown Madness 3 - New developer and Xbox only release (PC version was scrapped). Featured 30 different vehicles, racing in the cities of Paris and Washington D.C.
