the only reason i can see it not being considered is that they talked about last year that if it was used then (when it was ine beta) it could not be used this year. and since it got used in the personal top ten then it might not be elegible for this one.

It probably won't even make my personal top 10 this year. It's been a damn good year for games.

I'll be shocked if GB even mentions it in the room. It's the kind of thing that they should scribble on a white board for consideration, and immediately cross off because none of them can vouch for it. Unless Will wants to submit it as a final-solution tiebreaker. But it's been a damn good year for games.

Of course, assuming people didn't already put it in there years ago as a beta. It's a video game, it went "final" this year, it's amazing for some people, so why not?

I agree with this. Calling it "Beta v.__" is just a play on words if you are letting people buy it and play it.

Yeah, it's a game that came out this year. Makes as much sense as any other game being considered that came out this year.

It should have a chance, but I don't see it getting far on Giant Bomb since they've only dabbled in it.
