So Minecraft as of now is on PC and 360 only, but as in the past games like Mass Effect, Limbo, Bioshock have all been just 360 only and then later put on PS3.

Honestly not sure. If there hasn't been an exclusivity deal made between Mojang and Microsoft then it is entirely possible, though they would have to figure out somehow if enough people want it to make the development worth it.

Given the amount of input Microsoft had in terms of porting it over and the fact they used it as part of their Arcade NEXT promotion I find it pretty hard to imagine they'd bring it to PS3.

It's not impossible. Stuff like Limbo and Braid both made it to PS3, so it might make it to PS3 in a year or so.

This. Altho I will say the crafting help I saw in the QL is a good edition for newbies looking to get in and good solution to not having to stare at the wiki to make stuff.

Yeah, I'm almost positive that it'll appear at some point in the future. It's made it's way to everything else so far! Once their deal with Microsoft is done, I'm sure they'll do it.

I still don't see why you wouldn't get it on PC. It runs on my laptop just fine, a two-year-old laptop with Intel HD graphics at that. And it runs on my parent's computer, which was bought four years ago.
