Good news duders! 4Jstudios has sent 1.8.2 over to Microsoft for testing. Judging from the last update, I would say the update would probably be out around next Friday. So anyone excited?

I like how animals no longer despawn but I wish they added breeding.

This is awesome. I'm assuming endermen are being added if they are adding ender pearls. Creative mode is definitely welcome.

Wow! Looks like a pretty significant update, definitely a good reason for me to jump back into some more Minecraft.

After getting all of the achievements and building a dope castle--and let me tell you, that castle is truly dope--I was pretty much finished with Minecraft.

Guess who's jumping in again. This guy!

EDIT: So happy animals don't despawn now. The custom egg farm I built before finding it useless will finally be useful!

There is a bit more stuff not added to the change log.

The new mobs are Endermans, Cave spiders, and silverfish.

The update is 1.8.2 except they took out exp since there is no use for it until 1.9. Plus chain armor might be Craftable. I read that somewhere. But that would be pretty cool.

Just how far behind is it still, have they got a hunger bar yet?

@Hizang: The hunger will be added with this update. This update is equivalent to 1.8.3. The next update, I believe is going to be 1.0.0. Then after that a jump to 1.2.5. So it's getting there.
