Looks like Future Shop has this up on their website for only 49.99(games in Canada are usually 69.99 new). You can't pre-order but I'm sure if you print the page and bring it in to the store they would honor it.

I'd like to see more games closer the the american price. Our dollar is pretty much on par now. And I don't know for sure but I think that might've been an online only deal for Modern warfare 2. Better order a copy quick before its all gone!

Yea I have been noticing this also, I live in Ontario.  I got Infamous for 29.99 by chance walking into an EB one day,  I asked why so cheap and they told me it was because Best Buy was having a sale that day and they had to match it.  I got Batman for like 35 (sale was 39) at Best Buy cause they had sent me a 5 dollar off coupon in my e-mail.  Now I see Walmart will be offering Borderlands for 39.99 (not sure if it's the same state side) so i may pick that up. 
 
It's good to be Canadian:) 
 
Oh and the Canadian dollar is at 96 cents to the American, but that's a whole other conversation.

i live in alberta and games at EB GAMES are ALL 60 bucks, but hey, i'll take ten dollars off anyday

For the curious, I was watching the supply numbers for the deal.
 
The PS3 supply at midnight PST was about 260 copies. All of those disappeared in 45 minutes. Then a second batch of games were available at 2:45pm EST (300 PS3 / 200 Xbox360) . The Xbox batch were cleared in less than 10 minutes. The PS3 batch in 15 minutes.

That's it! I'm moving to Canada, first thing in the morning!

Aww, lame I missed out. They're all at $70 bucks again.
