Also you could jump like 100 feet and fire the grenade launcher infinitely.  What happens now?  Will they ban me?  Because the matchmaking put me in that server and I had no way of knowing.

I heard that people who are getting wrongfully banned for that are getting Left 4 Dead 2 for free on Steam (if you played it on Steam, that is).

 It's sad how even on 360 you run into hackers on a day to day basis. It's almost inevitable!

Well I haven't caught that podcast! 
Fact still stays the same, the people that are hacking the game aren't getting banned (at least not nearly enough) so someone thrown into a room risks nothing at all

I'm kinda wondering how this is done on consoles. Obviously it's a hell of a lot easier on a PC. Not to do it myself, but out of general curiosity.

That kinda sucks, because even if you don't get banned you jumped 13 levels. I wouldn't feel accomplished if that happened to me.
