It's what 9-10 days until it comes out? I wouldn't be suprised if some stores broke the street date.

Yeah   The first guy went to get something to eat. He said he would be back and just left the start screen up. The second one is in the Museum showing off some of the items.

How the fuck do retailers mess this crap up so damn badly?  I don't get it, I just don't.  If it's set to be sold on the 10th, why release it earlier and fuck over the publisher?

I'll watch the MP stream but not the SP ones. So far I've not seen any of the leaked videos of the game and I'm soo glad about it. Imagian playing COD4 having saw a video of you dieing after the nuke blew up. It would never of been a 100th as powerful as it was when you experience it yourself the first time.

Low paid workers, irresponsible managers, distributors / publishers that talk of fines but never put them into effect.  
 
Personally I just wish big retailers would say 'screw it, if mom and pop can sell the game without punishment, then so can we' and let the majority of customers buy it ASAP. "
