I know  i will probably get heat for this from anyone who reads it because i know for some reason mw2 has this rep, I'm not sure why. I say it's the most addicting because this game even though it is flawed and "broken" as a lot of people would call it, still has an awesome formula. It's a fast paced game that rewards you for being good. I hate this game sometimes because it encourages a lot of "noob" tactics. These things are the reason a lot of people don't play the game anymore, they annoy and frustrate everyone to the point where they cant even stand it, imagine a "Two Piece" in gears x50! That's what being killed by random crap over and over feels like but it doesn't change the fact that the game has a lot of depth and replay value. There aren't a lot of games out there really worth the full price of admission but this game can really keep you hooked! i am still playing it and it is July. Mw2 has a great variety of weapons,unlocks and prestige mode to keep you going. Anyone who maybe didn't give it a shot or stopped playing should really consider jumping back on. I finally understand my problem with this game...
 
There is no rhyme or reason to the madness. Example: Campers. I'm not talking about "Hey I have a sniper rifle pew pew camper." I'm talking about that motherducker with an assault rifle sitting in a hallway that holds no value whatsoever just so they can rack up kills. Every time I get killed be somebody like that I think "why?" Of course I'm angry, but in theory it makes no sense for them to be there. There's just no structure. There's also no teamwork at all. Although modes may have teamwork somewhere in the description, you can do whatever you want with no consequences and that annoys me. Playing domination? That's ok, just leave the point ungaurded as soon as you capture it and everything will be fine. Don't even get me mentioned on the "all-knowing" spawn system. And by that I mean it knows literally the worst position to place you in. This game is just...a mess. I feel like there is sooooooo much wrong with it.
 
But I'll be damned if I didn't say I enjoyed a game or 2 everyone now and then.

I stopped playing modern warfare 2 after 6th prestige because the unbalanced nature of it got to me.  It is definitely not the most addictive shooter for me.

i can't stand the way they decided to balance the weapons (Every one kills fast with no recoil) kill streaks encourage not playing the objective one man army grenade launcher
i play cod4 css and bfbc2
but if you can find fun in it enjoy it

Perhaps someone could explain to me why anyone disliking BBC2 gets greeted with a 'No.' as if it's impossible to dislike, whereas anyone hating on MW2 gets a pat on the back? It's made all the more confusing by the fact MW2 got a higher metacritic score. Obviously I know metacritic doesn't equal pure objective fact, but it does sort of throw the whole 'Anyone who dislikes battlefiled is WRONG! MW2 sucks lol' argument into question.

Cod 4 is better in my opinion i played that for a year or so; i played MW2 for a month

I agree I've definitely got my money's worth out of that game

Well now everyone seems angry, but i do enjoy mw2, but i guess it helps that i am no terrible at the game

I disagree, MW2 is too poorly balanced to be enjoyable and it rewards players not for being good, but for pumping huge amounts of hours into the game. I'd rather play Halo 3 any day where everyone is on an even playing field.
